BIAK-NA-BATO VISUAL DIARY

Biak Na Bato is loosely translated from Tagalog into English as "The Broken Rock". The historical place is located at San Miguel, Bulacan and it's where we went to for this school year's field-trip; or as my school calls it, an "Alternative Learning Experience". But regardless of what it's called, the trip was worth it and really fantastic. For the first time in my life, I got to go spelunking, see a Carabao up close, swim in a cave, and wade across streams! I have also never in my life been immersed this much in nature and its beauty. This trip honestly made me love the Philippines even more than I already do. I really do hope to see more of my own country soon!
